GEAR BOXES ISO 1000 is a high-viscosity, premium-quality industrial gear oil specially formulated for heavily loaded, enclosed gear systems operating under extreme pressure and high-temperature conditions. It is manufactured using high-quality mineral base oils and advanced extreme pressure (EP) additive technology to provide superior protection against wear, micropitting, and surface fatigue. This oil is designed for use in heavy-duty industrial gear reducers operating at low and medium speeds under high torque loads. It provides excellent load-carrying capacity, strong oil film formation, and advanced protection for gears and bearings under severe operating conditions.

GEAR BOXES 1000
GEAR BOXES ISO 1000 are recommended for use in heavily loaded, enclosed industrial gearboxes operating under high torque and shock loads. They are suitable for gear drive systems in cement plants, mining operations, and steel mills that require high viscosity and strong oil film strength. It can also be used in marine-grade reduction gears and in large industrial equipment such as mixers, crushers, and conveyors.
