KOMPRESSORÖL FX 46 ist ein hochwertiges synthetisches Kompressoröl, das unter Verwendung von hochleistungsfähigen PAO-Grundölen und fortschrittlicher aschefreier Additivtechnologie formuliert wurde. Seine fortschrittliche Formulierung gewährleistet hervorragende Beständigkeit gegen Oxidation und thermischen Zersetzungsprozess, hohen Schutz vor Verschleiß, Rost und Korrosion sowie eine hervorragende Kontrolle der Bildung von Schlamm, Lackablagerungen und kohlenstoffbasierten Ablagerungen. Das aschefreie Additivsystem minimiert aschebildende Rückstände und trägt so dazu bei, dass die inneren Bauteile des Kompressors sauber bleiben, während die PAO-Synthetik-Grundöltechnologie über einen breiten Betriebstemperaturbereich hinweg eine hervorragende Schmierleistung, geringe Flüchtigkeit und überragende thermische Stabilität gewährleistet.

Das KOMPRESSORÖL FX 46 wurde speziell für die Schmierung von Schrauben-, Lamellen- und Kolbenluftkompressoren entwickelt, die unter anspruchsvollen industriellen Bedingungen – einschließlich Dauerbetrieb, hohen Temperaturen und hoher Belastungen – eingesetzt werden. Es eignet sich besonders für moderne Hochleistungskompressorsysteme, bei denen eine lange Ölstandzeit, hervorragende Ablagerungskontrolle, Sauberkeit der Anlagen, zuverlässiger Verschleißschutz und reduzierter Wartungsaufwand von Bedeutung sind.
Die Viskositätsklasse ISO VG 46 bietet ein ideales Gleichgewicht zwischen schneller Ölzirkulation und hoher Schmierfilmfestigkeit. Dank dieser Eigenschaft eignet es sich für Kompressorsysteme, die unter mittleren und schweren Lasten sowie bei hohen Betriebstemperaturen arbeiten. Je nach Kompressorkonstruktion, Betriebsbedingungen, Temperatur, Belastung und Herstellerempfehlungen gewährleistet es eine langfristig zuverlässige Schmierung und eine verlängerte Ölwechselintervalle.
