Titanium Bio SAE 40

TITANIUM BIO SAE 40 is a high-quality, single-grade engine oil with a low ash content, specially formulated for natural gas engines, biogas engines, landfill gas engines, and dual-fuel engines. It is recommended for use in high-speed lean-burn and stoichiometric gas engines; in medium- and high-speed four-stroke fixed gas engines susceptible to valve seat wear; in municipal and agricultural biogas facilities; and in industrial power generation. It is designed to withstand high thermal loads; it reduces the effects of oxidation and nitration and maintains engine cleanliness. It retains these properties even during long oil change intervals and at high operating temperatures.

REXOIL TITANIUM BIO SAE 40 has been developed for use in medium- and high-speed four-stroke stationary gas engines powered by natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, and dual-fuel systems. It is particularly suitable for high-speed lean-burn and stoichiometric gas engines that are susceptible to valve seat recession. It can be safely used in industrial power generation facilities, combined heat and power (CHP) systems, municipal and agricultural biogas plants, landfills that generate energy from landfill gas, and other stationary gas engine applications requiring a low-ash gas engine oil. It is designed to meet the requirements of engine manufacturers that recommend SAE 40 low-ash gas engine oil.
